The Role
We are looking for an HR Operations Executive with approximately 1+ years of experience to support and enhance daily HR processes. The role involves managing employee lifecycle activities, maintaining HR data accuracy, ensuring policy compliance, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless HR services.
What You’ll Do
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, induction coordination, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Handle day‑to‑day HR documentation, queries, and employee support.
Manage employee confirmation, transfers, probation reviews, and status changes on HRMS tool - WorkDay.
Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance.
Support audits by preparing required documentation and reports.
Coordinate with finance/payroll teams by sharing monthly inputs (attendance, new joiners, exits, variable components).
Assist in resolving payroll‑related employee queries.
Prepare periodic HR reports (headcount, attrition, leave utilization, etc.) for management review.
Support process improvement initiatives within the HR operations function.
Assist in organizing engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication initiatives.
Help with employee’s PF queries and follow‑up with the compliance partner.
What You’ll Bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR coordination, or HR generalist roles.
Key Skills
Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and multitasking ability.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
Desirable skills
Experience working with HRMS tools (e.g., Workday).
