As an HR Operations Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to dive into a variety of HR functions, from compensation and benefits to employee engagement and communications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation: Assist with compensation surveys, merit adjustments, and promotional recommendations.
  • Benefits: Support annual benefits renewals, communicate benefits information, and research benefits vendors.
  • Leaves: Administer leaves of absence, ensure compliance with leave laws, and communicate leave processes to employees and managers.
  • Engagement: Contribute to engagement initiatives, coordinate employee surveys, and assist with employee events.
  • Employee Communications: Enhance employee communications through newsletters, digital signage, and sharing success stories.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Assist with preparing and submitting employment practice reports and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Special Projects: Support HR projects and additional duties assigned by the Head of HR.

Qualifications:

  • Required:
    • 2 or more years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
    • Basic knowledge of compensation, benefits, and leaves administration.
    • Understanding of basic HR laws and regulations.
    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
