HR Operations Specialist__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, making strategic decisions that support business growth through the acquisition of top talent. You will also be responsible for managing site events and maintaining strong communication channels with key universities in the region.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite
This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Division in Apodaca.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Develop and deliver external communication materials.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for production floor employees and interns.
Coordinate site events and university job fairs.
Lead recruitment efforts both virtually and on-site.
Monitor and follow up on HR KPIs.
Provide support in daily HR department activities.
Qualifications for the role:
Bachelor´s Degree in Administration, Psychology or related.
1+ years of experience working in similar positions.
Skilled in Microsoft Office and Workday.
Advanced English level.
Experience in recruitment events (university job fairs).
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Results-driven professional and with strong analytical thinking.
