Role
purpose:
The HR Operations Executive manages day-to-day HR operations, employee
lifecycle processes, HR records, and policy implementation. The role emphasises coordination, accuracy, compliance, and timely employee support.
Key
responsibilities:
- Employee lifecycle – onboarding, joining
formalities, induction, probation/confirmation, transfers, resignations,
and maintaining employee records.
- Attendance & leave – monitor attendance, shifts,
late coming and absenteeism; manage leave records and provide payroll
inputs.
- Documentation & compliance – prepare HR
letters/documents, maintain employee files, ensure policy/statutory
compliance, and support audits.
- Payroll & benefits – coordinate attendance,
incentives, overtime and deductions; handle payroll queries and maintain
benefits/reimbursement records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR,
Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years HR operations/generalist
experience.
- Strong HR
process/documentation knowledge.
- Good communication and
interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling
confidential information.
- Strong organization/time
management.
- MS Excel and HRMS proficiency.
Preferred: Large workforce experience,
retail/multi-location operations, labour-law knowledge, and coordination across
locations.
