Coordinate and track warehouse, online, B2B, B2C, and export shipments; monitor delivery timelines and logistics partner SLAs; resolve delayed, lost, damaged, or misrouted shipments; manage reverse pickups, proof of delivery, and delivery confirmations; maintain shipment trackers and reports; and coordinate with warehouse, customer experience, retail, export, and courier teams to improve delivery performance and costs.

Manage legal documentation, agreements, statutory licenses, registrations, approvals, and regulatory compliance for MYOP. Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders. Maintain compliance trackers, renewal schedules, statutory records, and audit-ready documentation. Handle Legal Metrology compliance, inspections, certificates, and business approvals while providing regular status updates and preventing expiries, penalties, and operational disruptions.

Oversee sales performance across multiple retail outlets, including target achievement, staffing, inventory accuracy, SOP compliance, customer escalations, marketing execution, business development, audits, training, and employee evaluations. Coordinate with store managers, mall teams, headquarters, sales staff, and business development teams. Monitor store operations, cash, cleanliness, security cameras, uniforms, stock, and disciplinary processes while identifying new outlet opportunities.

Organizes and maintains office common areas, manages filing systems, coordinates events, maintains office equipment, purchases stationery, and travels for office-related purposes. The role requires independent work, a valid driver's license, office assistant or related experience, and male candidates.
