Job Description
CyberArk is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to join our growing Americas HR team! In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of HR operations and support functions including ongoing maintenance of our HR and Financial recordkeeping systems as well as the processing of employee benefits documents and related information. The HR Operations Coordinator will focus on streamlining operational processes and strive to create smooth automation, self-service and precise documentation processes for our employees.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform HR operational tasks such as new hire paperwork, the I-9 and eVerify process, employment verification requests and overall maintenance of employee records
- Input new hire information in the payroll system and manage all tax and benefits deductions
- Ensure data integrity for all information housed in SuccessFactors, our HRIS, and ADP, our payroll system
- Maintain HR related data (both paper and electronic) in an organized and compliant manner
- Involved in HR and Finance related projects, including our new carrier connection which will link payroll and benefits systems
- Manage all sensitive data with strict confidentiality and meet high standards for accuracy and precision

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, human resources or business-related degree a plus.
- 2+ years of human resources experience in a supportive or operational role
- Experience with an HRIS, preferably SuccessFactors
- Experience with ADP
- Prior experience performing data audits and reconciliation
- Strong Excel proficiency and familiarity with vLookups, pivot tables, etc.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Strong attention to detail required and solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills a must
- Perform strategic projects to streamline HR processes and procedures
- This role is not limited to these functions, there might be other tasks as needed

The salary range for this position is $50,000 – $69,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
