Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Provide support to HRBP and TA Team on the initial candidate sourcing and job posting across various recruitment channels in Hong Kong.

  • Organize and participate in university career fairs, campus recruitment talks, summer internship programmes and related recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Human Resources, Communications, Financial Services, or a related field.

  • Ideally with 1-2 years HR experience within financial institution or multinational corporation.

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Enthusiastic, proactive attitude and a good team player.

  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

  • A proactive self-starter, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
