Our client is a leading apparel manufacturing company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Develop and oversee the company’s overall HR strategy to support the achievement of business objectives across the Head Office and factories.
- Develop HR policies and short-term and long-term learning and development strategies to address workforce planning and talent management needs.
- Collaborate closely with relevant departments and support line managers in understanding and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Take a key role in building an organizational culture that upholds the highest standards of business performance and professional conduct.
- Manage the company’s recruitment requirements, including implementing and continuously improving a robust recruitment process.
- Oversee payroll, bonuses, and employee benefits.
- Possess a strong understanding of the end-to-end IT process.
- Manage all HR administrative activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Director and CEO.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR management within a multinational or manufacturing company. Experience in the garment industry is an advantage.
- A strong track record in Human Resources, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience gained in a multinational company.
- Thorough knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations relating to employment and human resources.
- Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, demonstrate a high level of integrity, and maintain a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the Board of Directors and colleagues.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Native Vietnamese speaker with strong written and spoken English skills.
- Applications must include an English CV.
