HR Operations
- Manage day-to-day human resources operations for the local team.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires.
- Ensure new employees are properly documented and integrated into the organization.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and HR-related matters.
- Help address workplace concerns and support conflict resolution when needed.
- Promote a positive and professional work environment.
Compliance & Labor Regulations
- Ensure company practices comply with Vietnamese labor laws and employment standards.
- Maintain awareness of changes in employment regulations and update policies accordingly.
- Support employment contracts and documentation in line with local requirements.
Performance & Workforce Support
- Assist leadership with performance management processes.
- Support employee development and HR initiatives that strengthen team performance.
- Help coordinate HR processes related to promotions, role changes, or internal transitions.
HR Coordination
- Work closely with leadership and operational teams to support workforce needs.
- Assist with workforce planning and staffing support as the organization grows.
- Support HR reporting and internal documentation when required.
Requirements
Required
- Experience in Human Resources or People Operations: 3–5 years or more.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
Preferred
- Experience supporting growing teams or operational environments.
- Experience managing HR documentation, contracts, and onboarding processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
