Job Description:
This HR Business Partner role is an integral part of the HR function. As a Band 1 Manager, you will be responsible for defining and aligning strategy for the functioning of HR in your area. You will take initiative in shaping and influencing the team and organizational culture, showcasing emotional intelligence. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering outputs with excellence in your area of responsibility.
