The HR Manager is responsible for leading and delivering Human Resources strategy and operations for a manufacturing facilities in Saint-Ouen-L'Aumone and King's Lynn, with additional HR support to the European Savory Flavors office in Strasbourg, and the remote employees in the Netherlands, and Poland. This role partners closely with leadership to ensure effective labor relations, regulatory compliance, and the alignment of HR initiatives with global business strategy.
This role is full time based onsite at our Saint-Ouen-L'Aumone facility, where your presence and engagement with employees will directly support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to our culture of accountability and collaboration.
What You Will Do
- Guide the daily HR operations and HR strategy across several European locations (>200 employees), aligned with Global HR objectives and in close collaboration with other HR colleagues.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, new hire, termination, promotional and merit cycles.
- Oversee and hands on support to core HR operations such as payroll, compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR systems, managing two HR generalist reports.
- Coach managers and teams on HR best practices, leadership, and ethical conduct while fostering positive labor-management relationships, organizational policies, procedures and legal regulations.

- Familiarity with workplace policies, labor laws, and union and labor relations.

- Comfort working onsite with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both in English and French, with the ability to connect across all levels.
