What you will do
HR Services includes several teams, each with different areas of responsibility.
In the Recruitment team, we work closely with hiring managers and Business HRs to plan different recruitment stages. We also support Summer Recruitment project. Your tasks will include:
- Publish job advertisements in agreed channels
- Handle applications and applicants' inquiries
- Schedule interviews and ensure good candidate experience through timely and professional communication
- Gather personal data from selected candidates
- Perform tasks related to hiring and provide system support to managers
- Maintain accurate recruitment and hiring data in Workday system
Who you are
- You are fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written
- You are interested in HR and eager to learn how it is organized in a global company
- You have great interpersonal and communication skills
- You have good organizational skills, you are comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- You can learn new systems quickly
- You are able to work also in a third language - Spanish or German is considered an asset
