Opportunity

The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources Department in supporting workforce operations within the logistics environment. The role will provide exposure to recruitment, employee records management, HR administration, and employee engagement activities related to operational and office-based employees.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support (Operations & Office Roles)

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for operational roles such as drivers, warehouse staff, and administrative personnel

  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and applicant databases

  • Assist in job posting on recruitment platforms

HR Documentation and Employee Records

  • Organize and maintain employee 201 files and HR documentation

  • Assist in updating employee records and HR databases

  • Support the preparation of employment-related documents

Onboarding Support

  • Assist in preparing onboarding materials for newly hired employees

  • Support orientation activities for new hires

  • Coordinate with departments regarding onboarding requirements

HR Administrative Support

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes

  • Provide administrative support to HR team members

  • Assist in internal communications related to HR programs

Employee Engagement and HR Programs

  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, safety programs, and training sessions

  • Assist in organizing HR events and company activities

Compliance and HR Operations Support

  • Assist in ensuring proper documentation related to company policies and procedures.

  • Support HR initiatives related to workforce management and compliance

What we are looking for

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

  • Interest in HR operations within logistics or supply chain industry

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information

  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced operational environment

*The internship duration will be 3 months

**2 Vacancies are available - 1 based in Luzon and 1 based in Cebu
