Primary Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- Applies knowledge/skills to basic, repeated activities
- Demonstrates minimum depth of knowledge and skills in own function
- Completed High School and is currently enrolled in a university or college Internship Course
- 300+ internship hours as required by a university/ college recognized as an academe partner of Optum in the Philippines
- Must be in junior or senior/graduating year in university or college degree program related to Business, Human Resources and Behavioral Sciences and other related disciplines
- Able to render 100% of internship hours at any of the Optum recruitment centers in the Philippines
- Above average academic standing
- Not in any disciplinary proceeding or subjected to any disciplinary sanction/s by the school
- Fluent in verbal and written communication in English
