As a Human Resources Intern, you'll work closely with the People Lead and People Experience team to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn about talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance while supporting initiatives that shape our workplace culture. You'll play a key role in administrative tasks, recruitment, onboarding, and special projects that impact our employees' experience and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews for Shah Alam Core Team.
- Coordinate candidate communications during recruitment and maintain applicant tracking systems.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Prepare onboarding materials and guide new hires through orientation.
- Support exit interviews and offboarding documentation.
HR Administration:
- Maintain employee health records - typhoid injection, HR records (digital and physical), training records (Food handler's certification) and attendance records with accuracy.
- Assist with Workday, Kronos (Attendance) and Payroll Systems monthly updates and reporting.
Employee Engagement:
- Help organize engagement activities, wellness programs, and recognition events.
- Help organise training i.e. High Performing Work System (HPWS) for the core team.
-Support employee engagement surveys (EES) and feedback analysis.
HR Communications:
- Help organize and cascade HR communications in BM and English to the core team in Shah Alam.
Compliance & IL6S Projects:
- Assist in audits, policy updates, and compliance with local labour laws.
- Contribute to HR projects (e.g. Organization Pillar, IL6S).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office ( eg Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
