Both groups are pivotal in supporting and advising our business on planning for the future while mitigating risk and ensuring operational compliance. This team coordinates and supports HR initiatives across both groups while building trusted relationships with leaders, COEs, and managers. In this role, you will support HR transactions and administration and be the face of TU’s HR processes to managers, while collaborating with our documentation team to build HR playbooks. This approach enables the broader HRBP team the opportunity to make a significant impact with our leaders and associates.

- At least 3 years professional HR experience supporting and implementing HR programs and strategies such as compensation, performance management, leadership development, talent acquisition, talent reviews, engagement, organizational change & transition plans in collaboration and partnership with HR Centers of Expertise (CoE).
- At least 2 years handling a variety of US based employee relations issues.
- Experience providing HR consultation to people managers on strategic initiatives or people related interventions to become a trusted partner.
- Ability to understand, analyze data and information and bring solutions to complex situations.
- Exceptional communication, consulting, collaboration and coaching skills.
- Workday experience and a data driven mindset.
- Ability to learn and become an expert in HR Systems. Experience using HR Acuity, Visier, and Workday is a huge plus.
- A degree in business, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

- Review final warning letters in collaboration with ER COE, administer involuntary terminations and tracking
- Support managers through position leveling, requisition opening, gathering market data in partnership with the Compensation COE
- Prepare EIB templates for mass organization changes: leveling, reorganizations, understand people related moves and the administration that supports this process
- Support talent review and 9 box exercises, including calibration for CM3 and below
- Guide managers in how to work our performance management process and position management process while understanding how positions are funded
- Routinely check in with managers and team leaders
- Develops a thorough understanding of Finance and Legal, Risk and Compliance to proactively identify issues, evaluate solutions, and implement appropriate outcomes, to avoid employment-related problems.
- Ad hoc project based work: from setting objectives and scope, managing timing, conducting research, organizing and communicating information, executing flawlessly, and evaluating results.
- Support mentoring programs
- Collaborate with HRBPs, meet with managers to support performance management
- Partner with Lead HR Business Partners and managers to execute core HR programs related to the employee lifecycle such as talent acquisition, compensation, training & development, performance management, employee relations, talent reviews, associate engagement and organizational change & transition in partnership with the respective HR Center of Expertise (CoE) and regional HR partners.
- Improve manager and associate knowledge and effectiveness by providing information on HR policies and practices (benefits, organizational development, compensation, global mobility, leaves, etc.).
