Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an HR Generalist/Recruiter located in Memphis, TN.
Reporting to the Site HR Business Partner, the HR Generalist/Recruiter will serve as the primary recruiter for the Memphis site, leading full-cycle hiring for indirect and direct labor positions while supporting key HR initiatives. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, hire, and onboard top talent while ensuring a positive employee experience.
What a typical day looks like:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for indirect and direct labor roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines and execute recruiting strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and candidate selection.
- Coordinate onboarding, Day 1 Orientation, I-9 verification, and Workday transactions.
- Track recruiting metrics and support HR reporting.
- Assist with employee relations, investigations, and other site HR programs.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in education and experience in a Human Resource related function
- 6-12 months of HR experience; managing multiple requisitions and supporting high-volume hiring strongly preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills
- Experience with ATS/HRIS systems, Workday is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and the ability to maintain confidentiality
