We're looking for an HR Generalist PH who will support EMEA shift under Manila team and play a key role in managing daily HR operations, employee relations, and process improvements that support our dynamic workforce.
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for handling employee case management, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, and HR analytics. You will ensure smooth HR processes, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a positive organizational culture.
What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end HR Operations including employee inquiries on HR policies, payroll, benefits administration, leave management, employment concerns, and HR case management while maintaining accurate HR records and case logs.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, HR documentation, probation tracking, employee records management, and exit processes.
- Support Employee Relations by handling grievances, investigations, conflict resolution, mediation, employee engagement initiatives, and HR compliance support while coordinating training and development activities and maintaining learning records.
- Prepare and validate payroll inputs, coordinate compensation and benefits administration, and ensure compliance with EMEA labor laws, HR audits, statutory requirements, policy implementation, and regulatory documentation.
- Generate HR reports, workforce analytics, HR dashboards, and KPI metrics while developing SOPs, process documentation, and continuous HR process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field with 2–5 years of HR Operations or Generalist experience.
- Experience supporting EMEA HR operations or multi-country HR environments, with knowledge of labor law compliance, employee lifecycle management, and HR best practices preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders, employee relations, and cross-functional collaboration effectively.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, payroll support, benefits administration, HR reporting, and HR documentation management preferred.
- Demonstrated strengths in employee relations, compliance awareness, problem-solving, confidentiality, organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, accountability, and working in global/culturally diverse environments.
