HR Generalist Tasks 

• Strategic People Partnering with the General Partners – Collaborate closely with the General Partners to develop people policies, manage quarterly OKR cycles, and construct frameworks for Performance Management, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement and Retention, and Compensation.
  Develop a tracking system to monitor movement within the organization and site/office (hiring and movements). 

• Act as the adviser to the employees onsite through consultation regarding employee’s lifecycle – talent management, learning and development, rewards and recognition, among others. 

• Lead the collection of statistics such as turnover, sick leaves, etc., and work in partnership with other managers to intensify activities to arrest areas affecting productivity. 

• Cascades TM Policies, Procedures and Guidelines and ensure that everybody is aware and complies with it. Make the necessary coordination with the Department Heads in cases of deviations. Provide correct interpretations and guidance Department Heads when sought.
