The role

 

 

You will deliver accurate and meaningful people reporting, analysis and insights that support decision-making across UniSuper. You will contribute to improving and automating HR reporting processes, dashboards and datasets while supporting the responsible use of AI-enabled solutions.

 

  • Deliver regular monthly, quarterly and annual people reporting
  • Prepare ad hoc HR reporting and analysis for business priorities
  • Analyse data to report trends, risks and opportunities, providing true insights for our HR leaders
  • Support data extracts, uploads, validation and integrity activities
  • Improve reports, dashboards and datasets for stakeholder needs
  • Identify and lead reporting efficiencies, automation and AI-enabled solutions

 

 

About you

 

 

You bring demonstrated experience in people reporting, workforce data analytics and insights, with a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. You enjoy analysing data, improving reporting products and communicating clear insights to non-technical stakeholders.

 

  • Experience delivering regular HR reporting cycles and balancing priorities
  • Capability with data tools such as advanced Excel, Databricks, PowerBI 
  • Experience implementing uplifts in HR dashboards or reporting
  • Ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Interest in applying AI to reporting and insights
  • Experience with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BIP) is desirable
