Hands-on web content publisher responsible for building, editing, QA-ing and publishing content in Sitecore CMS. Manage workflows, approvals, scheduled publishes, version control, and accessibility compliance. Manage UniSuper’s end-user computing and workplace technology portfolio, leading delivery of workplace programs, roadmaps, vendor/MSP relationships, budgets, risks, and compliance with CPS234/CPS230. Drive AI and automation for self-service and improve stakeholder alignment across business, property, facilities and technology functions.

Deliver end-to-end, complex financial planning advice to members (including high-net-worth clients), drive business development, represent UniSuper at events, ensure governance and compliance, mentor associates, and contribute to advice innovation and efficiency.

Lead delivery of the internal audit plan, ensuring audit quality and assurance over governance, risk management and controls. Oversee audit scoping and execution, manage stakeholder engagement with senior leaders, report risk themes to governance forums, and drive continuous improvement of audit methodology and ways of working.

Lead advice assurance activities including file reviews, monitoring and supervision to assess advice quality and compliance. Translate findings into reporting and insights, identify trends, improve assurance frameworks and tools, build stakeholder relationships, support team capability and act as deputy to senior leadership to drive continuous improvement across the advice business.
