Job Description SummaryAs the Netherlands HR Country Leader and Senior HR Business Partner, you will shape and execute the people strategy for our Eindhoven manufacturing site, our Hoevelaken sales and service office and our Radiopharmacies, while providing HR leadership across the Netherlands. The GE HealthCare Radiopharmacies Netherlands organization consists of three radiopharmacies located in Eindhoven, Leiderdorp, and Zwolle. These radiopharmacies prepare and deliver ready-to-use radiopharmaceutical syringes to hospitals across the Netherlands, supporting healthcare professionals in providing timely diagnostic care to patients.

GE HealthCare in Hoevelaken serves as the hub for our Healthcare Systems Sales and Service organization in the Netherlands. Our teams work closely with hospitals and healthcare providers to deliver industry-leading medical technologies and services across imaging, ultrasound, patient care, and digital solutions. Through strong customer partnerships, we help healthcare organizations improve productivity, advance clinical excellence, and provide better outcomes for patients nationwide.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Partner with site, country, and business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning, organization design, succession planning, talent management, and leadership development initiatives for the different entities in the Netherlands.
  • Serve as the Netherlands HR Country Leader, ensuring consistent application of company policies, local practices, and statutory requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on Dutch employment law, employee relations, organizational change, and workforce risk management.
  • Build strong relationships with Works Councils, ensuring effective consultation and compliance.
  • Coach and challenge leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness, team performance, accountability, and inclusion.
  • Use workforce data and business insights to identify trends and drive decisions related to talent, engagement, productivity, attrition, and organizational health.
  • Lead and develop local HR capability while collaborating closely with specialist HR teams to deliver a high-quality employee and leader experience.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues from different countries and play an active role in international HR initiatives and projects.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Progressive HR experience, including strategic HR business partnering and employee relations.
  • Proven experience supporting operational, manufacturing, supply chain, or other complex business environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch employment legislation and experience collaborating with Works Councils.
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change, talent initiatives, and workforce planning activities.
  • Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders in a matrix organization.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work regularly on-site in Eindhoven and travel domestically as required.
