The Role
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on managing government-mandated processes, including claims, contributions, and compliance. The HR Coordinator will ensure that all submissions and requirements are completed accurately and on time while supporting the overall HR operations.
What You’ll Do
- Handle employee claims for government benefits, including SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and others.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of required documentation for claims processing.
- Coordinate with government agencies to resolve issues or discrepancies.
- Process and remit mandatory government contributions such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and BIR.
- Monitor and reconcile contribution reports to ensure compliance.
- Address discrepancies in records and coordinate updates with relevant agencies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of government remittances, claims, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and government regulations.
- Prepare reports and updates for management on government compliance status.
- Assist employees with inquiries regarding government benefits, claims, and contributions.
- Educate employees on processes related to government-mandated benefits.
What We Expect From You
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, focusing on government-mandated processes and compliance.
- Familiarity with government systems like SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and BIR portals.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Flexible and adaptable to a hybrid work environment.
