Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Opening Mobilization Support: Assist with pre-opening staff arrivals, including flight bookings, airport pickups, employee housing allocation, welcome kit distribution, and medical/visa scheduling.
- Onboarding & Administration: Coordinate the joining paperwork for new hires, create employee files, register staff in the HRIS, and manage time and attendance tracking.
- Government Relations Liaison: Prepare documentation for work permits, residency visas, CPR applications, and occupational health checks in coordination with the Public Relations Officer (PRO).
- Employee Welfare & Communication: Support staff housing operations, team cafeteria logistics, employee recognition programs, and departmental administrative events.
- General HR Support: Maintain updated employee records, respond to general staff inquiries, prepare employment certificates, and assist with monthly HR reporting.

- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of HR administrative experience in hospitality, with pre-opening experience preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with HRIS systems
- Competencies: Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, high confidentiality, friendly demeanor, and fluent business communication in English.
