The HR Audit/Compliance Lead will ensures that Human Resources in global scope is in compliance with its internal and external regulatory and legal requirements managing risk and controls, managing employee records, performance scorecards and people reports and external reporting.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensures compliance to both internal and external audit of Human Resources to any local and international regulatory and legal requirements of process standardization and improvement, risk assessment and other requirements needed.
  • Ensures that Human Resource team is knowledgeable current policies and procedures related to internal and external compliances of the department.
  • Act as an internal auditor to Human Resource team all across areas both regional and global
  • Set policies and guidelines to optimize the functions and process of Human Resources includes updating process workflows and controlled documentation for HR
  • Act as point contact for both internal and external data requests, verification and reports using Zoho People file data.
  • Maintains accurate employee database based on official documents (government records, forms etc.) and other official source of the employees information in order to align with organizational changes/needs.
  • Manage employee 201 file, personnel management file, pre-employment requirements records and other related documents of employees stored in Zoho People.
  • Maintains data management system of Human Resources.
  • Prepares regular and ad hoc reports (manpower headcount, number of employees hired, attrition report, etc.) based on accurate data employment information.
  • Collects performance evaluation and monitoring, reconcile data and create reports on primary and secondary employment requirements, monitoring and reporting of helpdesk, HMO claims and offboarding records, monitoring and reporting.
  • Assist, monitor and coordinates DOLE reporting, communication plan, stakeholders meeting and other channel of communication in the implementation of all regulatory and legal compliances. Creates, implements and ensures advisory on Holidays, Company wide announcements etc.


Requirements

Education: BS. Industrial Engineering Graduate or other related courses
Relevant Experience: at least 3 years professional experience to both local and international regulations and quality standards certification.
at least 2 years team lead experience leading the quality management in the organization.

Business Understanding: Knowledge process outsourcing customer-facing functions, Human Resources Management, Quality Management System

Technical Knowledge: Computer Literate (MS Office), Automation software applications and tools, Adobe Acrobat, Labor Standards, Project Management, Task Management, Analytical & Data Driven and Database Management, Risk Assessment Management, Controls & Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement.

Behavioral Skills: Can communicate well in all levels of the organizations. Problem Solving, Analysis and Data Drive, Communication and Presentation, Customer Focus and Relationship Building, Champion for Change, Influencing.


Skills Required

  • BS. Industrial Engineering Graduate or other related courses
  • At least 3 years professional experience in compliance with local and international regulations
  • At least 2 years team lead experience
  • Knowledge in Human Resources Management
  • Computer Literate (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat)
  • Experience with risk assessment and process improvement
