  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, workforce metrics, and business intelligence reports to support data-driven HR and compensation decision-making.
  • Support HRIS reporting and data operations by conducting data validation, creating system reports, troubleshooting user issues, and assisting with system testing.
  • Maintain compensation systems, datasets, and pay structures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze HR data from HRIS and related systems to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities for process or program improvement.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc HR and compensation reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery to HR leadership and departmental stakeholders.
  • Conduct audits of HR processes, records, workflows, and data to ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR Partners, HRIS analysts, and departmental leaders to support compensation operations, HR analytics needs, and cross-functional HR initiatives.
  • Maintain operational documentation including process maps, standard operating procedures, guidance materials, and data definitions for HR workflows and reporting.
