Provides direct care and supervision for adult offenders in a minimum-security residential correctional facility. Builds positive relationships, models prosocial behavior, teaches coping and life skills, supports reentry, conducts searches, maintains a secure environment, responds to emergencies, and assists across residential, work release, and therapeutic community programs. Requires shift work, overtime, standby duty, physical ability, and stressful-environment resilience.

Provides direct residential and remote support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include personal care, crisis intervention, medication monitoring, skills coaching, care coordination, documentation, transportation, emergency response, technology troubleshooting, wearable-device monitoring, and ongoing assistance to individuals and families.

Provides civilian support for the Sheriff’s Office across detention, booking, control centers, alarm monitoring, property, inmate programs, classification, court coordination, and records. Assists citizens, responds to emergency and routine calls, maintains confidentiality, supports humane inmate environments, and follows organizational policies under officer supervision. Advises departments on HIPAA, PCI, CJIS, and internal requirements; monitors emerging threats; communicates findings to governance committees; and supports risk methodology and tool optimization.

Performs civil engineering reviews and designs for land development, stormwater, roads, and infrastructure projects. Manages complex projects, budgets, contracts, permits, technical studies, and reports; provides engineering sign-off and resolves design and construction issues. Coordinates engineering staff, trains stakeholders, supports capital improvement and asset management programs, and serves as a technical liaison to developers, contractors, consultants, and the public.

Provides 24/7 crisis support through calls, chats, and texts; assesses suicide and safety risks, recommends least restrictive care, coordinates with individuals, first responders, hospitals, and community agencies, conducts outreach, develops safety plans, supports hospitalization documentation, and completes service records and data collection.

Provides WIC nutrition services, including client certification, nutritional assessments, individualized food planning, counseling, group education, community outreach, care coordination, and program data reporting. Maintains compliance with WIC policies and participates in professional development and quality improvement. Requires occasional travel between WIC locations.

Maintains grounds and landscaping for multiple county buildings by mowing, removing snow, applying fertilizers and chemicals, planting, pruning, seeding, and repairing erosion. Operates and maintains tractors, trucks, loaders, excavators, and other equipment. Performs basic painting, plumbing, fencing, cleaning, and building-equipment maintenance. Completes equipment logs and timesheets, responds to emergency and after-hours requests, follows safety procedures, and works in varied weather and environmental conditions.

Maintains and strengthens enterprise security through email protection, automation, vulnerability management, penetration testing, threat hunting, incident response, IAM auditing, risk assessments, compliance, and security policy development. Leads security initiatives, promotes secure development, supports end users, manages security tools and contracts, conducts training, and participates in on-call operations.

Supports employee relations, workplace investigations, grievance resolution, performance management, employee experience, recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and labor-law compliance. Advises managers and employees on policies, conducts exit interviews, assists with unemployment claims, monitors workplace culture, and helps implement HR programs while maintaining confidentiality.
