HR Business Partner
We’re seeking an HR Business Partner to support leaders and employees across a fast-paced organization. This role is a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance, and HR strategy, with a strong focus on partnership and people experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with leaders, including executives, on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
- Provide guidance on employment laws, HR policies, and best practices across U.S. and international teams
- Handle employee relations matters (terminations, investigations, reductions, difficult conversations)
- Manage HRIS data, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Support and improve HR programs, training, and key initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of HR experience (HRBP or Generalist; HRBP preferred)
- International HR experience supporting teams outside the U.S. (e.g., EMEA, APAC)
- Experience partnering with executive leaders and supporting larger organizations
- Strong employee relations expertise and knowledge of employment law
- HRIS experience required (Workday preferred)
- Ability to operate independently and serve as a primary HR point of contact
- People-focused, relationship-driven approach
Working Conditions:
- Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location
- 0-10% travel may be required
