- A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into action
- Interest in leveraging technology and modern tools to enhance HR effectiveness
Skills Required
- 3-4 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or HR Generalist roles
- Proficiency with MS Excel
- Experience building and using Power BI dashboards
