Your mission:

Management partnership & employee relations

- Act as a trusted HR partner for Managers: coaching, problem-solving, and practical HR guidance.
- Support managers with team effectiveness, retention topics, day-to-day people decisions, and complex employee cases.
- Contribute actively to change management initiatives and organizational transformation projects.

HR processes & performance

- Drive performance management processes: goal setting, reviews, feedback cycles, 1:1s, and development planning.
- Review and update job descriptions and support organizational structure alignment.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with business strategy and operational reality.

- Monitor and report key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time-to-fill, retention, engagement indicators, where applicable).
- Prepare actionable HR reports and recommendations for leadership based on data + field insights.
- Support benchmarking and salary studies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

 

Learning & development

- You will offer support to the managers in creating a career growth plan for the employees and ensure that the employee receives all the guidance and trainings in order to grow.
- Define and implement the development activities appropriate to everyone. 
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
- Reskilling and upskilling: identify training needs and assist the L&D function in aligning training programs with business objectives.
- Define and implement training programs, and measure their efficiency. 
- Be the trainer of key training programs, such as PMTD (Performance Management and Talent Development); 
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Support annual employee’s performance management, succession planning, talent management, development, total rewards, action planning based on employee’s career path.
- Deploy the key-people processes, such as identification of key-people (key potential, key performers, high potential etc.); identification of successors for key positions, ensuring there are succession plans in place for the identified people, etc.

 

Requirements and skills:

- Proven work experience as an HR business partner – minimum 6 years;
- Excellent people management skills;
- Analytical and goal oriented;
- Ability to read and interpret dashboards and reports containing complex data;
- Familiarity with data collection methods, both quantitative and qualitative;
- Ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPIs and use them to drive business results;
- Knowledge of labor legislation;
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices;
- Translates strategies into plans that can be effectively executed;
- Ability to be proactive and demonstrate “ownership” regardless of the outcome;
- Empathy, you are a good listener and know how to adapt your approach to different audiences;
- Strong business and people acumen - ability to influence at all levels;
- Understands and appropriately applies HR solutions, guidelines, policies;
- Excellent planning and organizing skills;
- Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluency in English.
