Your ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted consultant to the local leadership team, supporting cultural change and driving the HR agenda in line with Airbus values.
RISE Strategy Execution: Support the "Romanian Initiative for Strategic Expansion" from an HR perspective, ensuring the organization is equipped for a significant ramp-up over the coming years.
Operational Excellence: Ensure solid HR performance across the entire employee lifecycle (recruitment, development, retention, and separation).
Global-Local Alignment: Act as the bridge to the Group HR functions (disciplinary line), ensuring strict adherence to Airbus Group guidelines, policies, and overarching strategy.
Labor Law & Compliance: Provide expert guidance on Romanian labor law and local legislation to mitigate risks and ensure fair practices.
Leadership Coaching: Support managers in developing their leadership skills, facilitating performance management, and driving high-engagement team cultures.
Growth & Scaling: Proactively manage the HR challenges associated with a fast-paced organizational ramp-up, including talent mapping and organizational design.
Professional Experience: Approximately 10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role initial experience in leading teams or projects is not a mandatory requirement but would be highly appreciated as you prepare for the future scaling of the entity.
Academic Background: Successfully completed Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
Solid Experience: Proven track record as an HR Business Partner within a large, matrix-organized international corporation (aerospace or high-tech industry preferred).
Strategic Mindset: Experience in supporting organizational growth, ramp-ups, or large-scale transformation projects.
Legal Expertise: Deep knowledge of Romanian labor law and the local HR regulatory landscape.
Matrix Proficiency: Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage stakeholders across different countries and reporting lines.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) is mandatory; Romanian is essential for local legal and employee interactions.
