- Alignment of organizational processes, systems and culture with key business priorities, design optimal organizational structures, understand organization and cultural needs and drive change management.
- Actively benchmark all HR activities and adopt suitable initiatives based on industry trends.
- Facilitates Performance development activities like goal setting, Appraisal and Performance feedback as per company standards.
- Design and execute the employee engagement framework (including employee townhall, Reward & recognition, leadership connect, Fun@work...) in line with engagement survey results for better retention and productivity.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining various processes facilitating employee engagement, motivation, communication; grievance handling; counseling, establishment and maintenance of communication channels.
- Anchor retention initiative for the business unit.
- Drive succession planning and other key talent management initiatives across the business unit.
- Facilitating solutions to employee and management concerns, developing and executing HR strategies, policies and processes.
- Responsible for all employee communication & grievances management, stay connected with employees, do regular 1-1 with critical people and escalate risks.
- Facilitate skip level meetings to identify areas of improvement in various teams and propose appropriate engagement intervention
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
- Ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation.
- Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of employment laws.
- Ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment.
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to influence and drive initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through
