HR Business Partner

At Vita Brands, part of Fiskars Group, our brands are part of everyday life in homes across the Nordics.

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our retail and office teams in Sweden and Norway.

In this role, you will be close to the business and support managers and employees in everyday people topics. You will give clear and practical HR guidance, help managers navigate people processes, and contribute to a positive employee experience across our retail network and office functions.

What you'll do

You will help our teams with topics such as:

• Providing practical HR support to retail and office managers on employee relations, performance, wellbeing, leadership, and people development
• Helping managers strengthen the desired culture through practical actions based on employee feedback and engagement results
• Running local consultation processes independently and ensuring they are handled in a structured, fair and compliant way
• Contributing to talent, succession, and workforce planning discussions by bringing local insight and HR perspective
• Supporting recruitment in close collaboration with hiring managers
• Supporting annual HR activities such as performance reviews, compensation processes, and engagement actions
• Providing backup support for the HR Generalist in Sweden, helping ensure continuity in everyday HR processes, including payroll-related administration
   

What we're looking for

You are a pragmatic and business-minded HR professional who enjoys building trust with managers and employees in a commercial, customer-facing environment.

You would bring:

• Experience from an HR Business Partner, broad HR Generalist, or similar role.
• Confidence in supporting managers with employee relations, performance, and organizational topics.
• Good understanding of Swedish employment legislation and labor relations; understanding of Norwegian employment legislation is an advantage.
• Experience from retail, hospitality, consumer goods, or another customer-facing environment; this would be a strong advantage.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and coaching skills.
• A proactive and solution-oriented way of working, with the ability to balance business needs and employee experience.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• Willingness to travel within Sweden and occasionally to Norway and Finland.

The role is based in Stockholm and reports to the VP HR for Iittala, Moomin and Nordic Brands, based in Finland.
