As Netflix continues to evolve, we are looking for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Nordics. Our HRBPs are the primary partners providing guidance, coaching and advice to people leaders and teams. A key area of focus for the HRBP is to help increase leadership impact and capabilities as well as enhance organizational health that help drive high performance across the organisation in an inclusive way.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic talent partner for the Country Leadership Teams in Nordics. Collaborating with them to translate business goals into clear people strategies and priorities.
Work in collaboration with other HRBPs and Global Business Practices (“GBPs”) - Talent Acquisition, Inclusion Strategy, Talent Management, Compensation & Employee Programs, and Talent Operations & Technology to ensure a consistent and cohesive employee experience across the Nordics.
Collaborate closely with EMEA Functional HRBPs and GBPs to plan and execute strategic talent initiatives across the region.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders in EMEA. Ability to navigate complexity and influence stakeholders effectively to drive HR initiatives.
Develop a deep understanding of the Netflix business and culture, serving as a role model and advocate for the company's values including our focus on inclusion and diversity.
Drive talent management programs focused on enhancing leadership and management capabilities, increasing talent density, and promoting inclusion and diversity in line with our global practices.
Develop and support top regional leaders, including succession planning for critical roles.
Partner with leaders on org design decisions, ensuring structure and roles keep pace as the business evolves and that designs support diverse teams and equitable opportunities.
Evaluate employee sentiment and provide guidance and coaching to people leaders to improve overall team effectiveness and organizational health.
Take the lead in managing employee relations matters, including performance management, terminations, and leaves of absence, in partnership with the Employment Legal and Employee Services team ensuring practices are fair, non‑discriminatory, and compliant with local regulations
Profile / Experience
6 or more years of relevant Human Resources experience in a multinational corporation.
Strong understanding of both business and HR concepts, including problem-solving skills, judgment, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities.
Proficiency in Inclusion and Diversity and the ability to apply it effectively within the organization including partnering across cultures and accommodating different needs where required.
Possesses intellectual curiosity to bring insight into the team and business.
Capability to influence stakeholders and prioritize tasks and initiatives effectively..
Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization, with the ability to navigate complex structures.
Proficiency in project management and execution skills to drive HR initiatives.
Demonstrable experience in coaching and consulting within a high-performance culture.
