Manage budgets, adapt global campaigns for local markets, collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders, and measure performance to improve commercial impact and return on investment.

Own and grow Gerber’s OEM B2B sales channel by developing new partnerships, expanding existing accounts, managing revenue and margin plans, negotiating agreements, and supporting custom, private-label, and co-branded programs. The role coordinates customer requirements with engineering, product, supply chain, and operations teams from proposal through production, while maintaining forecasts, pipelines, pricing, and commercial relationships. Domestic travel of up to 40% is required.

Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for power tools, accessories, and components. Lead supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, performance management, cost optimization, risk mitigation, sustainability, and responsible sourcing. Partner with Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams on product introductions and supplier innovation. Strengthen supply chain resilience while managing quality, cost, delivery, compliance, and supplier relationships across global markets.

Handle customer orders, order tracking, campaigns, product and delivery inquiries, complaints, customer data, and ERP maintenance. Support retailers, sales activities, trade portal administration, internal process improvement, events, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires strong Norwegian and English communication skills, accuracy, independence, customer focus, analytical ability, and willingness to learn systems. SAP and Excel experience are advantageous but not required.

Supports sales operations for major retailers by analyzing market share, point-of-sale data, market trends, and competitor activity. Helps develop promotional strategies, maintain retail pricing ladders, create sales presentations, track brand-building initiatives, and complete special projects. Collaborates with Sales, Sales Planning, and Channel Execution teams while gaining experience in retail pricing, promotions, and channel strategy.

Develop practical AI-enabled workflows, agents, prototypes, dashboards, and internal tools for R&D, product development, and lifecycle engineering. Identify AI opportunities, evaluate emerging technologies, support technology scouting and engineering decisions, help teams adopt new ways of working, and partner with IT to deploy secure, scalable solutions. Measure impact and continuously improve AI initiatives.

Supports HR operations through HRIS updates, reporting, job description and template revisions, digital file organization, process and SOP improvements, onboarding enhancements, and intern activity coordination. The role requires discretion with sensitive employee data, strong communication, attention to detail, and collaboration across departments while pursuing a business or human resources degree.
