Establish cross-market KPIs, reporting, attribution, and test-and-learn programs while translating performance data into commercial insights and safeguarding premium brand positioning.

Welcomes visitors to the World of Wedgwood and delivers exceptional guest experiences, including factory and museum tours. Supports guest enquiries and bookings using booking systems, tills, email, and digital platforms. Works confidently with children, families, and vulnerable adults while maintaining strong communication, organisation, time management, and teamwork. This part-time role requires completion of a DBS application.
