- As the brand ambassador of Tiffany & Co., your main mission is to support our Retail Director for the market by overseeing the HR function and partnering with the business to deliver proactive, commercially focused, and high quality HR support.
- You will be responsible for recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, performance and talent management, and training needs identification.
You will also develop and deliver core HR Service excellence in an effective an efficient manner (payroll, HR reporting & analysis, employee benefits administration etc.),

- Support the Retail Director on the long-range planning and budgeting processing for an appropriate organization design that supports our business strategy,
- Drive regular Performance Management conversations to improve productivity, enhance feedback, and build careers,
- Recruit talent at all levels for business needs and manage a seamless employee life cycle from offer, onboarding, annual HR processes, and off-boarding
- Ensure compliance with all Company labor, legal, and government reporting requirements,
- Provide support in resolving employee relations matters fairly and consistently, ensuring concerns are addressed respectfully and in line with the Tiffany values, policies, and local employment law,
- Work with Regional HR Director to review and recommend Compensation and Benefits trends and opportunities, along with providing feedback and recommendations to ensure competitiveness and the ability to retain and motivate top talent
