Job Description- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR guidance and support
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, ensuring the recruitment and selection of top-quality candidates
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Drive the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans to enhance employee performance and engagement
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and insights, providing recommendations to improve HR programs and initiatives
- Support organizational change initiatives, including organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and cultural transformation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes and advising management on necessary actions
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to drive HR initiatives, share best practices, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the HR function
- Proficient in good communication skill in both oral and written in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels of the organization
- Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Ability to influence and drive change, balancing the needs of the organization and employees
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- 2 or 3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
- Male / female, 27 - 30 yo
- Coming from related industries (notable F&B, Retail or online marketplace company)
