HR BUSINESS PARTNER (M/W/D) REGIONAL HEAD OFFICE

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As HR Business Partner for our Service Functions, IT, and Sales & Expansion departments in Handewitt, you play a key role in enabling leaders to build and develop high-performing teams. This includes supporting recruitment processes and acting as a trusted sparring partner to leaders on a regular basis.

Furthermore, your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

• Proactively engage leaders through insights and sparring to build high-performing teams
• Deliver and facilitate internal training sessions and team workshops
• Take responsibility for implementing HR concepts
• Challenge and support managers on internal organisation and performance management flow
• Actively participate in recruitment activities from A-Z including interviews and onboarding dialogues
• Spar with Managers on labour law and disciplinary actions
• Actively contribute to and support the ongoing development of JYSK as an attractive employer, including through employer branding initiatives.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

You don't need to have experience with every aspect of HR. What's important is your willingness to learn - we'll help you develop the rest.

• Has at least 2 years of experience from an HR role
• Brings a proactive approach, strong personal drive, and the ability to work independently
• Has a genuine interest in understanding and developing people
• Ensures consistent application of HR policies, principles, and processes
• Is persistent, solution-oriented, and follows through on commitments
• Has professional working proficiency in English and fluent in German
• Willingness to travel to Aarhus, Denmark as part of knowledge sharing and business support
• Is eager to broaden their HR expertise across a wide range of HR disciplines
