As HR Advisor Sr, you will be the main HR point of contact for the site, ensuring an effective and consistent employee experience while supporting leaders and employees throughout the full employee lifecycle.
Working closely with site leadership, regional HR teams, Centers of Expertise, and external partners, you will help translate business needs into effective people solutions while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the execution of the site HR strategy in alignment with business and corporate priorities.
Partner with site leaders on workforce planning, organizational needs, and talent priorities.
Coordinate Talent Attraction, hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Drive Talent Management & Development initiatives, including performance management, training, development, and succession planning.
Promote employee engagement, well-being, communication, and a positive workplace culture.
Support talent retention and development strategies based on current and future business needs.
Manage employee relations, workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and applicable labor legislation.
Monitor key HR indicators such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, training, performance, and labor costs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Ensure accurate and timely HR data and employee information.
Coordinate external HR vendors and ensure service quality and operational continuity.
Support internal and external audits and proactively identify HR operational and compliance risks.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources or related roles, preferably with broad exposure to multiple HR processes.
Demonstrated experience supporting or leading key HR processes such as Talent Management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, and HR operations.
Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional and corporate environment.
Previous experience working within a multinational or corporate environment, collaborating with regional or global teams and Centers of Expertise.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Experience working with HRIS platforms, HR metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience participating in HR transformation, process improvement, or standardization initiatives.
