This role is responsible for managing key HR processes, supporting operational and strategic initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the payroll process through the TRESS system.

  • Develop and execute training plans for unionized personnel.

  • Oversee cafeteria, transportation, and cleaning services.

  • Manage operational recruitment processes.

  • Administer ILU programs.

  • Develop and implement communication plans.

  • Participate in employee onboarding and induction activities.

  • Apply disciplinary actions by the internal work regulations.

  • Conduct meetings with leaders, supervisors, and union representatives.

  • Perform absenteeism interviews and implement follow-up actions.

  • Provide daily follow-up for new hires.

  • Prepare and deliver HR KPI reports.

  • Organize and participate in department events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist function.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working with unionized environments is a plus.

  • Proficiency in HR systems; knowledge of TRESS is preferred.
