JOB SUMMARYUtilizes professional Human Resource services and operations knowledge/experience in order to administer HR processes related to the delivery of HR transactional & administrative services. Responsibilities include interfacing with HR Management & HR service vendors, executing delivery of complex HR Programs, aligning to local/regional compliance, GDPR, SOX and other applicable regulations, managing data & records integrity activities. Capable of leveraging prior HR Services/Operations experience and industry best practices to conduct data research and analysis via tools & technology best practices, with little supervision required. Supports HR Colleagues through training, process improvements, and elevations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAdminister HR processes including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits, and compensation.
Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, systems, and procedures; escalate complex issues appropriately.
Monitor HR systems for data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for operational issues.
Support compliance with GDPR, SOX, and local employment regulations.
Support international HR operations such as employment eligibility, visa/immigration processes, international transfers, and relocation assignments in partnership with Global Mobility teams.
Assist in updating SOPs and process documentation.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HRBPs to support program execution.
Analyze HR processes and systems, providing recommendations and corrective action plans to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
Participate in People Operations projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to junior People Operations team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in shared services and working in global/regional environment.
- Familiarity with global, country and/or local employment law and regulations.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment at varying levels within the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g.,Workday/Service Now) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, data analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Acts in an Ethical and Compliant manner and requires other to do the same
