Job Role 
Our company is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to oversee and manage our HR administrative work and day-to-day office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company's executives, managing employee contracts and records, and ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, the HR and Office Administrator will be responsible for managing sick leave, paid days off, bonuses and over-time, employee profiles in our HR system. The role is a maternity leave cover with the option to become permanent position in the long run. 
Responsibilities
•    Administer and manage employee records, job descriptions and contracts
•    Manage different HR processes and initiatives including company benefits
•    Update and manage the employee information in our HR System (Bamboo HR)
•    Prepare and provide different HR reports
•    Conduct on-boarding and off-boarding meetings for employees
•    Issue official employment related documents 
•    Manage sick leave and paid days off for all employees, including tracking usage and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations 
•    Provide administrative support to the company's executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements
•    Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that the office is fully stocked and functions smoothly
•    Oversee maintenance and repairs of office facilities and equipment, as needed
•    Assist with the planning and coordination of company events and employee activities
•    Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
•    Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations (good knowledge and understanding of the Bulgarian Labor Code)

Required skills and qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or a related field
•    Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and office administration
•    Excellent command of both verbal and written English is a must
•    Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, particularly those related to sick leave and paid time off
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
•    Excellent planning and organizational skills
•    High attention to detail and strong verbal and numerical skills
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Self-starter with a can-do attitude 
•    Experience as payroll specialist will be considered a strong advantage
•    Previous experience with Bamboo HR would be considered a strong advantage
