Job DescriptionWith a strong presence in Bulgaria, we are committed to sustainable, responsible, and innovative agriculture practices. Our success is built upon a foundation of talented individuals, and we are looking for an HR Administration Specialist to join our team in Sofia.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal data, contracts, and HR documents.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees.
- Assists in local, regional and global HR payments for EMEA countries - BG, France, Switzerland
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
- Assist with organizing HR internal and external events - training, employer branding, wellbeing, ad hoc HR projects & initiatives etc.
- Assisst in preparation of internal and external communication - HR Newsletter, screens, flyers, posters ect.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluent in English - both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Technologically savvy
