About the Role - Maternity Cover
Step into a senior strategic HR Admin leadership position reporting directly to the Lead of Work & Life for Europe. This fixed-term role offers immediate impact, high visibility, and the chance to lead a meaningful transformation within a defined timeframe.
You will lead the Work & Life teams across DACH and North Central Europe, managing both local and remote teams while acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across multiple countries.

How You Will Contribute
- Lead the Talent Acquisition integration into the Work & Life structure, managing change across multiple countries
- Act as the key point of contact for regional stakeholders, building trust through diplomacy and influence
- Oversee compliance monitoring, quality assurance, and data protection activities
- Ensure effective use of enabling technology, including case management tools
- Implement and monitor quality standards, adjusting KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous improvement
- Coach, motivate, and inspire both local and remote teams, managing individual performance and fostering accountability
What You Bring
Must-Have
- Proven experience leading teams within a Shared Services Centre (SSC) or BPO environment
- Track record of leading organisational transformations within HR operations
- Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management - ability to navigate multi-cultural environments with diplomacy and high EQ
- Experience managing local and remote/distributed teams
- Fluent in English; German or other European languages are a strong advantage
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in the DACH / North Central Europe region
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms
