Responsibilities:General HR
Execute whole HR annual life cycle including but not limited to Objective Setting, Talent Review, Talent Development Plan, and Performance Management.
Recruiting
Responsible for recruiting system and procedure, monitoring and reporting on the recruiting status as well as participation and tracking of talent selection.
Compensation& Benefit
Payroll master data management and payroll processing, Leave Management.
Learning & Development
Coordinate and support general development, learning and training programs.
HRIS
Maintenance of workday/ Attendance System.Other HR & Admin & IT Activities
Any services relating to HR, Administration, IT that are not covered by any of the above-mentioned services required by Line Manager.
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years in human resource experience in MNC would be a plus.
Strong communication both in English and Chinese.
Excellent computer skill in EXCEL, POWERPOINT and WORD
High commitment with logical precision. Proactive and independent attitude.
Good collaboration and influencing skills and teamwork spirit.
