Your tasks
We are seeking a skilled Software Support Specialist to support our customers across the Nordic region. In this role, you will be responsible for remote software services, including troubleshooting, maintenance, updates, and modifications. As the primary contact for software engineering services related to our Software Suite, you will ensure that our customers receive top-tier support.
As a Software Support Specialist, you will act as a brand ambassador for Kardex, representing our Life Cycle Service department. Your ability to foster strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Location: Nordic Countries (Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway)
Languages: Proficiency in English required; Swedish or Finnish language skills are a strong advantage.
Your profile
- Technical degree in Computer Science, Software Development, IT, or relevant experience
- Experience in remote and onsite software installation and support
- Familiarity with industrial communication and interfaces
- Experience integrating mechatronic systems with warehouse management and ERP software
- Knowledge of MS Windows operating systems and MS SQL
- Experience in system-oriented software development with structured text (B & R control systems knowledge is a plus)
- Practical experience with common fieldbus systems (e.g., CAN, IO-Link, Powerlink)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player with a confident and assertive attitude
- Logistics background (advantageous)
- Willingness to travel across the Nordic countries
- Valid driving license
