The Role
Implement, configure, and troubleshoot HPE Service Request Orchestrator (SRO) workflows and integrations. Develop fulfillment plans, approval workflows, API integrations (REST/SOAP), custom Java/XSLT nodes and plugins. Diagnose end-to-end request flows, handle error/retry/rollback logic, and work with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Oracle DB, and telecom provisioning (COM/SOM/CFS/RFS) for customer activation and order fulfilment.

What you will do:
1 HP SRO Core Product Knowledge is a must. Person must have solid understanding of HPE Service Request Orchestrator architecture knowledge of:-
Request Offerings, Request Models, Fulfilment Plans, Approval workflows, Ability to analyze end-to-end request flow
2 Hands-on experiences in Workflow & Orchestration like :-
SRO workflow configuration, Fulfilment plan execution and failure handling, Understanding of orchestration logic and dependencies
3 Experience integrating SRO with ITSM tools
4 Hands-on experiences with REST and SOAP APIs. Ability to Validate payloads, Troubleshoot API failures & Read request/response logs.
5 Troubleshooting & Debugging skills like but not limited to Analyze logs, identify root cause, Distinguish between configuration vs integration
issues
The skills you bring:
1 Person must have experience in Error handling, Retry mechanisms, Transaction rollback behavior
2 Must have good knowledge in Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Open Shift, Unix OS, Oracle DB and SQL queries
3 Hands-on experiences in shell scripting
4 Strong Experience in Workflows, XSLT, Custom Java node design and development.
5 Plugins development and integration experience with north/south bound nodes.
6 Good knowledge on ITIL modules.
7 Hands on experience and knowledge on COM and SOM provisioning.
8 Understanding of CFS and RFS.
9 Understanding and knowledge of Kafka.
10 Knowledge of E2E customer activation and services journey.
11 Understanding of Telecom order management and fulfillment flows.
Location - Bangalore/Noida (4 days work from office)
