Responsibilities:
- Coordinate resident reservations, catering, and special events
- Prepare and distribute dining menus
- Manage dining records, meal counts, and resident charges
- Assist with scheduling, interviews, timecards, and staffing support
- Maintain liquor inventory and departmental reports
- Address resident dining concerns in a professional manner
- Provide dining room and service support as needed
- Collaborate with culinary and dining leadership to ensure excellent service
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least one year of hospitality, restaurant, hotel, club, or senior living experience preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with scheduling, POS systems, and Microsoft Office preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
