Assemble hose assemblies and related components to drawings, BOMs, and specifications. Prioritize builds to meet production schedules, record production data, report issues, and suggest improvements. Follow written instructions, perform data entry, and handle inventory up to 50 lbs. Must pass a mechanical aptitude test.

Assemble product per customer requirements using approved industry standards. This is a full-time position, M-F, 8:00am – 5:00 pm.
- Assemble product per drawing, specifications, or BOMs with the emphasis on hose assemblies (i.e. hose kits, component assemblies, industrial hose, lubrication assemblies, etc.)
- Prioritize build schedules based upon production schedules or required dates.
- Communicate production improvement ideas or issues to management.
- Record job completions, errors, downtime, and hoses per day.
- Problem solve by comparing order to BOM to print as needed and communicate concerns efficiently.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Three to five years of related work experience
- Must have excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, effectively and professionally with customers, vendors and other Triad employees;
- Reads and follow written work instructions.
- Possess strong mathematical skills- add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to handle products (inventory) up to 50 pounds.
- Possess accurate keyboarding skills (for data entry). To perform this job successfully, an individual should have Microsoft Office and Outlook knowledge. Knowledge of Prophet21 software and other vendor computer systems are preferred.
- Individuals must score 70% or higher on the Mechanical Aptitude test.
