Manage and grow client relationships through full sales cycle ownership, technical solution consulting, product demonstrations, contract negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. Track performance in CRM, analyze market/customer data to drive sales and margin growth, provide post-sale support, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Design, develop, and support motion control systems (hydraulic and/or automation), create CAD models, drawings, electrical schematics and BOMs, program and debug control software, support prototyping/testing, collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and customers, and ensure designs meet safety and quality standards.

Provide in-store, phone, and email customer service; fabricate hydraulic, industrial and pneumatic hose assemblies; operate saws, crimpers and power tools; perform data entry, inventory cycle counts, stocking, order pickup, deliveries, opening/closing, cleaning, and after-hours emergency support.

Provide high-touch customer service across order lifecycle: process orders, quotes, returns, and credits; respond to phone, email, and live chat; maintain records in P21 and Zendesk; partner with Sales, Technical Support, and Operations to resolve issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Assemble hose assemblies and related components to customer drawings/BOMs, prioritize builds to meet schedules, record production metrics, troubleshoot discrepancies versus BOM/print, communicate issues and improvement ideas, and perform related duties.

Sell company products and services within an assigned territory. Develop and maintain customer relationships, generate new business, prepare proposals, manage CRM and quotes, coordinate internally to deliver projects, resolve escalations, execute territory plans, and report on activity. Requires frequent travel, participation in trade shows, and post-project follow-up to ensure account growth and satisfaction.
