Provide high-touch, end-to-end customer support for order entry, quoting, product/pricing inquiries, and issue resolution. Use P21 and Zendesk to document interactions, process orders/returns/credits, coordinate with Sales, Technical Support and Operations, and proactively communicate order status to ensure customer satisfaction.

Primary contact for Parker Store customers: build relationships, identify and fulfill product/service needs, fabricate hydraulic/industrial/pneumatic hose assemblies, handle counter transactions and inventory tasks, maintain showroom and cleanliness, assist with displays and marketing, cover regional stores as a floater, respond to after-hours emergencies, and perform deliveries and pickups.

Design, develop, and support motion control systems (hydraulic and/or automation), create CAD models, drawings, BOMs, electrical schematics and control software, support prototyping/testing, collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and customers, and ensure designs meet safety and quality standards.

Support marketing through content creation, campaign and social media management, email and paid advertising (SEO/SEM), design and video oversight, event coordination, sales support, and vendor management to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

Manage daily ParkerStore operations including customer service (in-store, phone, email), staff supervision and scheduling, inventory management, hose fabrication, cash handling, store appearance and safety, reporting in P21, deliveries/pickups, and training staff. Maintain quality standards and handle after-hours emergencies as needed.

Assemble hose assemblies and related components to customer drawings/BOMs, prioritize builds to meet schedules, record production metrics, troubleshoot discrepancies versus BOM/print, communicate issues and improvement ideas, and perform related duties.

Manage credit and collections for customer accounts, including billing, cash application, payment processing, reconciliations, account setup and credit reviews. Maintain AR aging and call logs, resolve discrepancies, communicate with internal teams and customers, and support AR reporting and special projects.

Sell company products and services within an assigned territory. Develop and maintain customer relationships, generate new business, prepare proposals, manage CRM and quotes, coordinate internally to deliver projects, resolve escalations, execute territory plans, and report on activity. Requires frequent travel, participation in trade shows, and post-project follow-up to ensure account growth and satisfaction.

Assemble hydraulic power units to drawing specifications using hydraulic and basic electrical schematics. Perform tube bending, welding, painting, grinding, testing, BOM verification, document deviations, track labor hours, and prepare units for shipment.
