Manages client relationships and the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing. Provides technical consultations, product demonstrations, tailored solutions, pricing negotiations, and post-sales support. Collaborates with engineering, product, inside sales, and vendors to meet customer needs. Analyzes market data, tracks sales performance in CRM systems, develops opportunities, and supports revenue and margin growth.

Manages daily ParkerStore operations, customer service, inventory, ordering, cash handling, showroom presentation, staffing, scheduling, training, and reporting. Fabricates hydraulic, industrial, and pneumatic hose assemblies using saws, crimpers, and other power tools. Coordinates pickups and deliveries, maintains safety and quality standards, handles store opening and closing, performs cleaning and cycle counts, and may respond to after-hours customer emergencies.

Provides technical support and application engineering for hydraulic and fluid power systems. Recommends components, designs solutions, reviews schematics, troubleshoots system issues, supports quotations and startups, collaborates with sales, engineering, suppliers, and customers, maintains technical documentation, and delivers product training. Also supports pneumatic and industrial automation applications.

Manage and grow client relationships through full sales cycle ownership, technical solution consulting, product demonstrations, contract negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. Track performance in CRM, analyze market/customer data to drive sales and margin growth, provide post-sale support, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Design, develop, and support motion control systems (hydraulic and/or automation), create CAD models, drawings, electrical schematics and BOMs, program and debug control software, support prototyping/testing, collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and customers, and ensure designs meet safety and quality standards.

Provide front-desk and telephone support, welcome visitors, route calls and mail, maintain records and office supplies, prepare basic documents, coordinate meetings and travel, assist with administrative projects, and protect confidential information.

Assemble hose assemblies and related components to drawings, BOMs, and specifications. Prioritize builds to meet production schedules, record production data, report issues, and suggest improvements. Follow written instructions, perform data entry, and handle inventory up to 50 lbs. Must pass a mechanical aptitude test.
