Leads full-cycle recruiting while partnering with assigned business units on employee relations, performance management, talent development, engagement, succession planning, and other HR initiatives. Manages recruiting systems, sourcing, candidate experience, employment branding, documentation, compliance, onboarding support, and process improvements. Advises leaders and employees on practical HR matters and collaborates with the broader HR team on benefits, leave, HRIS, and organizational development programs.

Leads regional sales planning and execution, including revenue growth, market expansion, customer and distributor relationships, sales team recruitment and development, forecasting, pricing, CRM pipeline management, and competitive analysis. Collaborates across marketing, operations, product, and supply chain teams to resolve customer challenges and achieve corporate objectives. Represents the company at industry events and travels at least 50% of the time, including overnight stays.

Leads a regional customer experience team, overseeing coaching, order processing, customer inquiries, escalations, process improvement, performance metrics, hiring, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration. Ensures accurate pricing, timely communication, effective complaint resolution, policy adherence, and strong customer satisfaction. Supports daily operations and company initiatives involving P21, Zendesk, and customer experience best practices.

Supports the design and integration of hydraulic, pneumatic, electromechanical, and motion control systems. Creates CAD models, drawings, electrical schematics, hydraulic circuits, BOMs, and technical documentation. Assists with quotations, prototypes, testing, troubleshooting, PLC programming, and validation while ensuring safety, quality, manufacturability, and customer requirements. Collaborates with sales, engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and customers. This is a part-time onsite role with occasional customer visits.

Leads regional sales strategy and execution across NE Ohio, driving revenue, margins, market penetration, account growth, and cross-selling. Recruits, coaches, and manages sales performance while enforcing CRM, pipeline, forecasting, and accountability processes. Develops key account plans, monitors market intelligence, collaborates cross-functionally, and aligns resources with business unit and company sales initiatives. Requires industrial or B2B sales leadership experience and up to 50% travel.

Provides engineering and application support for industrial automation and motion control solutions. Responsibilities include system architecture, product selection, PLC and motion-controller programming, HMI and network configuration, electrical and mechanical system design, commissioning, troubleshooting, documentation, customer support, training, and occasional field service. Works with engineering, sales, suppliers, customers, assembly, and field service teams to develop and implement technical solutions.

Provides technical support and application engineering for hydraulic and fluid power systems. Recommends components, designs solutions, reviews schematics, troubleshoots system issues, supports quotations and startups, collaborates with sales, engineering, suppliers, and customers, maintains technical documentation, and delivers product training. Also supports pneumatic and industrial automation applications.

Manage and grow client relationships through full sales cycle ownership, technical solution consulting, product demonstrations, contract negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. Track performance in CRM, analyze market/customer data to drive sales and margin growth, provide post-sale support, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Design, develop, and support motion control systems (hydraulic and/or automation), create CAD models, drawings, electrical schematics and BOMs, program and debug control software, support prototyping/testing, collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and customers, and ensure designs meet safety and quality standards.
